universal life energy
reiki, in english translated to universal life energy is an energy based treatment practice. as the receiver you’ll take place on a massage table with your clothes on. we’ll make you nice and snug with a pillow and blankets. all you have to do is relax and receive the treatment. my hands will move over and, if consented, on your body; supporting your system to relax, let go and recharge.
i’ve been taught by Inge from solensalie.nl in the tradition of Mikao Usui system of Natural Healing.

as i’ve just started practising reiki i’d like to offer treatments on a donation based for the time being. so you’re welcome to give whatever is comfortable for you. barters are welcome too!

treatment sessions will be held in my living room, an informal space with soothing music and smells. this living room is located in scheveningen, the hague, the netherlands.

do mind yourself after a session, it can keep working for days. unexpected things might come up so be gentle with yourself. and drink plenty of lukewarm water. which is a good habit anyway ;).
